I had to figure out some way to boot the OS without having to type in the nvda_drv=1 boot flag every single time.

The biggest issue with the Yosemite install was with the graphics card drivers. Anyways, I installed with Clover at first, then UniBeast, then started all over again with Clover. I also planned to use Windows 7 as the regular gaming/other duties side.

I planned to use the Yosemite side as my audio/video workstation with Pro Tools 11 and Logic Pro X as well as Final Cut in the future. Now I had no idea what I was doing as my friend who built his didn't do a hackintosh but rather just helped me pick the parts out (kinda) so I was SOL. So you have to partition the Windows HDD in NTFS for it to work again. I ran into some issues with Windows 7 as I think that, if you do exFAT in OS X, it'll corrupt somehow in Windows 7. I also partitioned the 2TB Seagate drive into separate OS X and Windows HDD. I had one Samsung SSD 250GB for Yosemite and another Samsung SSD 250GB for Windows 7. The idea I had going in with this build is to dual boot with Mac and Windows 7.
(If anyone does find one let me know!! I'd like to speak to them haha.) This was almost a show but it managed to work out. I don't think I saw a build that had the same components as mine. This was my first build ever, and I think I took a huge plunge with the components I chose. I felt like this build shouldn't have worked.
